Daddy's Home!

We are soooooo very thankful to have Randy back home safe and sound! We missed him so much over the past 2 months and Joanna and I are having a blast showing him all of the new things Joanna has learned to do while he was away!

I was very nervous about Joanna's reaction to the reunion with daddy--she has a very strong sense of 'stranger danger' when it comes to unfamiliar faces getting too close to hers, so I was convinced she was going to cry when she saw Randy and that I was going to have to try my hardest to keep from crying as a result :) But, the reunion went better than I could have hoped for!! Joanna immediately recognized Randy's voice and gave him a HUGE smile with out-stretched arms--she was a little shy once she was in daddy's arms, but it only took a short bus ride back to the squadron for her to be convinced once again that her daddy was the COOLEST guy ever!
