Mellow Yellow

Joanna was in a particularly mellow mood the other afternoon, so I decided to take advantage of her relaxed attitude by grabbing the camera and taking some truly candid pictures of her without having to delete the first 10 shots because all you could see was a streak across the frame....

yes folks, these pictures were all taken in a point and click fashion -- not the usual, calculate at what time, based on how fast she is moving, she will pass in front of the desired background and hope that your shutter speed is set correctly so that the camera will capture a picture that you can hopefully photoshop to be somewhat viewable...



She didn't even try to bombard me after every click of the camera with 'see! see! mama? see! mama?!' her usual routine whenever I try to take pictures of her. She wants to review EVERY picture on the screen -- and once she gets to see her picture (which, remember is nothing but a blurr 99% of the time) she proclaims 'baaaaaayybeeee!' and then runs away again -- gotta LOVE her! :)
