Wyatt (left) and Sean (right) on the day they were born
I still cannot believe that I am a mother to THREE kids -- on top of that, I cannot believe that my baby boys are now ONE year old! Wyatt and Sean celebrated their first birthday on January 4th, and it was a great day for everyone! We were fortunate enough to have my parents here to celebrate the momentous occasion! Here are some pictures of the boys on their big day!

Sean did not like his cake :(
Wyatt looooved his!Now that the boys are a little older, it is becoming apparent that their personalities, likes/dislikes couldn't be more opposite! Here's a quick run-down:
Wyatt: has an expression Rolodex to rival Jim Carey -- his goofy looks and poignant eyebrow lifts are enough to make anyone laugh! Wyatt has a very dominant personality and is always tyring to steal his brother and sister's toys, attentions and food :) He loves to ham it up at home and is always trying to engage someone in a 'conversation,' but as soon as we leave the house, our little comedian becomes a bashful little lamb who will not give a smile or a look at even the friendliest of strangers.
Sean: is our laid back guy -- he loves to just sit and watch everything and everyone around him. We have joked that Sean is either going to be an electrician or a musician because his two favorite loves at the moment are extension cords/outlets and anything having to do with music. We noticed early on that Sean loves music and now that he is more mobile, we will catch him bouncing to the radio, banging a beat on the table and even playing songs on his flute! Sean is happy to let Wyatt wrestle him to the ground (even though Sean is the bigger of the two) and will laugh the biggest belly laugh when he sees his brother coming for him. Although Sean is more reserved at home, when we take him out in public he magically becomes 'Mr. Personality' and flirts with everyone he sees!
I am still convinced that Sean and Wyatt are mirror image identical twins. And here are the reasons why:
Their hair patterns swirl in opposite directions
Their teeth came through in mirror image order (Wyatt got his left bottom first and Sean got his right bottom first) -- this has been true for all 6 of their teeth!
It's still too early to tell with certainty, but Wyatt always uses his right hand to eat and Sean always uses his left
Wyatt's first word was: 'Dad' Sean's first word: 'Momma' (how cute!?)
If one does not like a certain food, the other does (this goes for peas, green beans, eggs and birthday cake....yes, Sean did not like his cake one bit! Wyatt, loved it!)
Our boys were such a surprise to me and Randy -- they continue to surprise us every day with the love and excitement they bring to our family! I am really looking forward to the many fun years to come with them -- HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDIES!
