Princess Ballerina

About a month ago, we signed Joanna up for Princess Ballet lessons through the city!  She was so very excited about her class and loved every minute of it!  Her 4 week long session of princess ballet culminated with the class' final performance 'Colors of The Heart.'

I was pretty reluctant to see how our EXTREMELY 'busy bee' was going to handle the calm, controlled, and deliberate art of ballet... but Joanna did so well -- I was so very proud of her!  She amazed me with her ability to memorize the dances, and anticipate many of the moves throughout the performance!

Because Joanna loved ballet so much, and her princess ballet lessons are over, we are thinking about signing her up for year round lessons through a local gymnastics/dance studio.  But, then again, we still have soccer to try and swimming to go back to once the weather warms up...so many things to do!!
