Stir - Crazy Sunday

After being quarantined for the last couple of days, Joanna and I were going stir crazy this morning! So, we loaded Randy up on cold medicine and headed out to the Philly Zoo to enjoy the 60 degree weather, fun animals and pushy east-coast crowds :)

After living here for 2 years, we should know by now that any great idea we think of, the entire state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania will also think of at the exact same time....Granted, this is the first warm weather day we have had in over 4 months, but I was telling Randy on the way to the zoo, that everyone out here is like a bunch of sea-monkeys....except rather than putting water on them to make them come to life, all you need is a couple hours of sunshine and the ENTIRE state springs to life! People everywhere! Running, walking, biking, every where -- it was almost comical to see how many people were outside buzzing around when two days ago, you didn't see a soul in sight.

Anyway, back to the blog, we had a great time at the zoo! Joanna had so much fun, she zonked out on the car ride home :)
