Taking A Stroll

We were finally able to take a quick walk outside this afternoon between rain showers, which couldn't have made Joanna any happier! She was tired of running into walls with her 'stwolla' inside and was begging to have a chance to really open it up with a long stroll outside :) Here are some pictures I took during our quick frolic outdoors.

Joanna's 'stwolla' is not empty by mistake...she doesn't like to have anyone or anything sitting in it while she pushes it. Maybe it's reserved for her invisible friend?????

This is Joanna taking her moment of silence in front of her BFF's house (who has left NJ for the summer to visit her family in GA) we have to do this, without fail, every time we pass her house...I think she thinks if she stands there long enough she will some how summon Kensley back home.

Joanna is very enthralled by the texture of cement (really no surprise if you know how enthralled I am with textures in general) As she was feeling every nook and cranny, she stumbled across some ants making their way through the cracks in the sidewalk -- here she is poking them with her finger...after she was done poking them she stood up very matter-of-factly and said 'bye bye ant' and then walked away.
