Joanna had a great first Halloween! Although she did end up sleeping through all of the trick or treating excitement, we were able to snap a few pictures of her in her Halloween costume. Isn't she adorable? We also tried to get a few pictures of her next to her first pumkin, but as you can see, I don't think she appreciated the moment as much as we did (maybe she was mad that the pumpkin stole her outfit).
Joanna is now 6 weeks old! She responds to my and Randy's smiles with a wide gummy smile of her own. She is also responding to our voices--at times I can even have a mini conversation with her...I'll ask her a question and she'll respond with a grunt or a squeel. I was able to get a picture of Joanna talking to her best friend, Ms. Ladybug. I think I mentioned in a previous post, that Joanna LOVES to talk to the ladybug every morning...well, I was finally able to catch it on camera!
